Do I have to pay for Relate?
In our initial release we are offering Relate only to our Premium members, and it will be free to thank them for their loyal support of our business. After our initial launch, there will be season passes available for purchase.

Do I Need to be a Premium Member to Join Relate Events?
Yes, you currently do need to be a Premium Member to attend Relate Events. You can upgrade here if you are a Basic member.

How do I Join an Event?
You will receive an email with the link to join each event you have registered for an hour before they begin. You can also click the “Join now” button starting 5 minutes before an event has begun on the Relate Events page, here.

When are Relate Events Held?
We have a schedule you can find here with the current month’s event schedule. We have a mix of events throughout the month, with a couple times at least that are more convenient for some of our international members.

What Devices are Compatible with Relate?
Relate is best experienced on a desktop device. Mobile devices can work for most of our events, however they are not compatible with our Trivia events. Google Chrome is the best browser to use to access Relate events.

What Happens if I Meet Someone I Like?
You can click on the “people” tab as shown below, and then find their name in the attendance list. Their CatholicMatch profile link is listed in the preview so that you can send a like or message on the app to keep the conversation going.
