You will click the "Join Now" button in your confirmation email and be greeted by an informational video that explains the order of events. If you need to re-watch it, you can do so on the next screen, as seen below:
When you're ready to go, you click "Go to Social Area" as seen above, and you will see all the team tables:
If you need support, you can join that first table if you need additional support, otherwise you can join any of the color team tables.
Members will have a few minutes to join a table. Our host will greet everyone, encourage you to join a table if you haven't already, and then give the teams an icebreaker question to answer. Teams will also pick their team lead to keep track of their score.
Trivia will begin. A question and four potential answers will be broadcast. The answers will be posted in the Event Feed in case you need to refer back to them.
Each team has 3 minutes to come up with their answer before the next question is broadcast.
After 10 questions the team leads post their score and the winning team is revealed.
Finally, the tables are opened up for 30 - 45 minutes of social time. Members can remain at their team's table, or join another one to meet more people.
