How can I update my billing information?

If your credit or debit card number has changed or if you would like to use another method of payment for future renewals, you will need to update your billing information from your account page. To do this, visit the subscription section of your account page and select "Update Billing Info"

If you have not had an active subscription within the past 7 days, this option will not be available to you and you will need to purchase a new subscription.

 

 

Once you submit your new billing information, a $1 authorization will be placed to verify the validity of your card information so that there are no surprises when it comes time to renew. This authorization will be removed by your financial institution within 72 hours.
