There are a number of reasons why your card may have been declined. Here are the most common possibilities:
- Are you using a supported method of payment? We can accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- If you live outside of the United States, is your card set up for currency conversion services?
- Did you enter your billing address exactly as your card issuer has on file?
- Are there enough funds on the card to cover the cost of the subscription?
If none of these stick out to you as potential reasons for your card to be declined, call the phone number shown on the back of your card to request more information from your card issuer. Only they can let you know exactly why they declined the order and work with you to ensure that your next attempt is successful.
