How can I get a refund?

If you have not used the subscriber-only features (sending/reading messages, participating in the chat rooms, posting in the forums), contact customer support to request a refund of your subscription. 

If you have already used the subscriber-only features within your current subscription, a refund cannot be offered, but our support team would love to help you to get the most out of the remainder of your subscription and help you to update your renewal settings if needed.
